Your holiday starts exactly where others first have to drive to. At the Birkenhof you stay in a sunny, central spot right next to the Fiss cable cars and the Fiss ski school.
A winter that leaves you wanting more
Fresh snow crunches under your ski boots, the air is clear and a whole day on the slopes lies ahead. The children are already at ski school while you carve your first turns in the morning sun. And when your legs get tired, you are back in your warm apartment in no time. The Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis ski area offers 214 km of slopes between 1,200 and 2,820 m, plus cross-country trails, toboggan runs and night sledging in Fiss.
Summer on the sunny plateau
Flowering mountain meadows, a picnic with a view of the peaks and children who can hardly contain their excitement. In summer, Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis shows its lighter side. The little ones romp in the Fiss summer fun park, while you hike to one of the many mountain lakes or explore more than 70 km of bike trails. As a partner of the SUPER. SUMMER. While your ski boots dry in the heated ski storage room, enjoy a freshly brewed cup of coffee in your own kitchen. Meanwhile, the children can play and have fun in the outdoor play area right by the house.

Our lovingly furnished apartments range from approximately 23 to 70 m² and comfortably accommodate 2 to 5 guests. Cosy living and sleeping areas, along with a private balcony, provide everything you need for a relaxing stay. Free parking is available directly at the property.
